At Kora-Kasa, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans and carefully inspected before it is shipped. We are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

As our products are handmade, each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, engraving, or handcrafted detailing are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects. These variations make every piece one of a kind.

5-Day Easy Return

You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 5 days of receiving your order if:

• You receive a damaged product.

• You receive a defective or non-functional product.

• You receive the wrong product.

• You receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our Customer Support team within 5 days of receiving your order.

2. Share your order number, along with clear photographs and a short unboxing video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product. The unboxing video helps us verify transit-related issues and ensures faster claim processing.

3. Our Quality Assurance team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

4. If your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or provide instructions for returning the product.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received, it will undergo our internal quality inspection.

• If the returned item successfully passes our inspection and the return is approved, your refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or your registered bank account within 2–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

Replacement Option

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will gladly send one, subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or opt for a full refund.

Product Images & Handmade Variations

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to high-resolution photography, studio lighting, image editing, screen resolution, and individual device display settings, the actual product may appear slightly different from the images shown on our website.

Additionally, because every Kora-Kasa product is handcrafted, slight variations in color, finish, texture, dimensions, polishing, engraving, or handcrafted detailing are natural and should not be considered defects. These characteristics are a hallmark of authentic handmade craftsmanship and enhance the uniqueness of each piece.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

• Normal wear and tear due to regular use.

• Minor variations in color, finish, texture, dimensions, or handcrafted appearance.

• Natural variations in materials such as brass, iron, wood, marble, copper, glass, ceramic, or other handcrafted materials.

• Products that have been used, installed, washed, altered, or customized after delivery.

• Products returned without their original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals (if applicable), or proof of purchase.

• Return requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Products purchased during clearance sales, final sale promotions, or marked as Non-Returnable, unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Important Guidelines

• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

• If the outer packaging appears damaged, we strongly recommend recording an uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify transit damage claims quickly and efficiently.

• Do not dispose of the original packaging until your return request has been resolved.

• Return requests without sufficient supporting evidence may require additional verification before approval.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Returns & Refunds Policy.
